Md Salemur Rahman Siam was Called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister in 2025. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He is currently working as a Legal Executive, specialising in UK Immigration and Human rights law.
His area of practice includes a wide range of complex matters, including asylum and human rights claims, nationality matters, challenging or technically demanding entry clearance and leave to remain applications, work permits, applications under the Points-Based Immigration System, and issues arising under the EU Settlement Scheme. He is known for his clear, analytical approach to legal issues and his commitment to delivering strategic, client-focused advice and representation.
Mr Siam completed his LL.B from BPP University, followed by the Barrister Training Course and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Common Law. He later obtained another Master of Laws (LL.M) in Financial Regulation and Corporate Law from Brunel University of London. During his post graduate studies, he developed a strong grounding in corporate, regulatory, and international legal frameworks, with a particular emphasis on data protection, financial regulation, cross-border governance, and the intersection of emerging legal challenges and digital technologies.
He is fluent in English and Bengali, with working knowledge of Urdu and Hindi. This linguistic versatility allows him to serve a diverse client base with cultural sensitivity and effective communication. With a strong academic foundation and a commitment to excellence in practice, Mr Siam offers trusted legal support across a broad spectrum of immigration matters.
